Former AICE member Kunalan Manokara has received a Templeton Religion Trust grant to study empathy’s role in society.

Former AICE Member Kunalan Manokara – in collaboration with Patty Van Cappellen from Duke University – has received a grant from the Templeton Religion Trust.

In his capacity as Co-Investigator, Kunalan will examine how empathy and other positive emotions relate to societally relevant consequences (e.g., intercultural relations).

Kunalan has since moved to Duke University (as a Postdoctoral Associate) to conduct this research.
